Educational Qualification
1.Office Assistant & Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; proficiency in local language; computer knowledge desirable.
2.Officer Scale II (Generalist): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
3.Officer Scale II (Generalist): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
4.Officer Scale III: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + 5 years experience as officer in bank/financial institution.

- Applicable for Officer Scale I, II, III only.
- Weightage: 80% (Exam) + 20% (Interview)
- Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
Final Selection
Based on combined score of Main/Single Exam + Interview.
Office Assistant selection is based solely on Main Exam score.
