I’m Mandar Chalke, and my journey has been anything but linear. Along the way, I’ve dived into engines, tackled macroeconomics, and cracked some of India’s toughest banking exams. Academic Foundations
I built my technical and analytical baseline through three focused programs:
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

As an Administrative Officer at the New India Assurance Company Limited, I:
- Handle Agents, Brokers and Bancassurance
- Oversee policy issuance workflows
- Co-ordinate inter-departmental operations
- Releasing Quotes
- Working on Proposals
